Shipping Policy

Orders take up to 5-10 business days to ship out. 

Please make sure that your shipping address information left at checkout is fully filled out and accurate. For instance, if you live in an apartment please make sure to add your specific apartment information to ensure that your order reaches you. 

If you are an international buyer, please make sure your name and address are fully in Latin characters, otherwise your package will be returned to us. Orders placed with non-Latin characters will be refunded. 

International customers, please make sure to include both your full first and last name for shipping details as some international orders have been getting returned to us for not having a full name provided by the customer for shipping. 

If a package does gets returned to us for an insufficient address we can offer a refund for the subtotal, the total excluding shipping cost, or we can send an invoice for the postage cost to reship the item. 

Once a shipping label is made for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email sent to the email address provided at checkout.
